Açai Guacamole / Dip

Ingredients


200g açai - thawed at room temperature

½  large ripe avocado 

1 large tomato 

5 coriander seeds

1 lime (juice)

1 tbsp coconut nectar

½ garlic clove 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Pinch of rosemary (optional seasoning) 


Method 

  1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Serve with potato chips, flatbread, falafel or rice paper rolls
