How to Serve
This açai chia jam is great on toast or crispbread. It’s also fantastic on yogurt and bakes like banana loaf. Try it on pancakes, puddings and bagels too.
This jam doesn’t taste like traditional, super-sweet jams because it’s made with our raw açai berries (naturally sugar-free), a few blueberries and as much sweetener as you choose. We chose to sweeten with coconut nectar as it has a low GI and light caramel sweetness. But you can add honey, maple syrup or agave, or keep it as sweet as it is.
